I keep seeing that she is in a Goo Goo Dolls video, but have no idea which one it is. Tracy Phillips is the woman who played Helena in the My Chemical Romance music video.

    Perhaps she’s in Black Balloon, have you tried that yet? I’m not sure though, or maybe Here Is Gone.
